Our Story
Why “Iron Harbor”?
A harbor is where vessels come for safety and resupply — a place you can count on in any weather. Iron is what holds when the pressure is on. Together, they describe the firm we set out to build in 2026: a dependable port for clients navigating hiring and procurement.
Iron Harbor Consulting was founded by two owners who believe a two-person firm can serve the federal marketplace well — not by pretending to be big, but by being genuinely responsive, fully registered, and honest about what we do. Every engagement is run by a principal, and every client has a direct line to the people doing the work.

Christopher leads client engagements and the firm’s staffing and procurement practice, and serves as the primary point of contact for federal and commercial clients.
